What improvements would you like to see as regards federal policy towards renewables?

More standardization and predictability with regard to tax credits and agreement that a responsible phasing out of or decreasing the percentage of the PTC is acceptable. We need to show the strides renewables have made over time, and this is one way to demonstrate that with decisive action.

What are your expectations from REFF-Wall Street 2015?

We expect REFF-WS to once again facilitate the discussion at the highest levels which will continue to serve as a catalyst for investment in the sector. I expect a robust discussion with regard to the securitization of renewable assets and the resulting lower costs of capital coming into our sector.

Laura will be co-chairing a session on 'Success in an uncertain policy environment' at the 12th REFF-Wall Street on June 24 - 25 in New York. Find out more.
