Risky debt held by Europe's speculative-grade companies has jumped significantly in the past year. Moody's executive Sandra Veseli tells Euromoney how lower-rated firms in particular may find it tougher to refinance with investor sensitivity rising and stricter US guidelines set to hamper funding access.
