She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in public law from FundaçãoGetúlio Vargas in São Paulo.
Gabriela is specialized in public private partnerships and in the legal modeling and regulation of infrastructure projects, in different sectors.
She is a visiting professor of the MBA in PPP and concessions from FESPSP and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in the UK and was a researcher with the Brazilian Public Law Society (SBDP) in São Paulo.
