David Quirolo

David Quirolo is a partner in Cadwalader’s Capital Markets Group, resident in the London office. Focusing his practice primarily on CLOs, securitisation and repackaging transactions involving various asset types in the United States and Europe, David represents banks, arrangers and asset managers in a variety of structured finance transactions. He has been recognised in Chambers Global (UK, Capital Markets: Structured Finance & Derivatives) and Chambers UK (Capital Markets: Structured Finance & Derivatives), which describes David as "very user-friendly and very pragmatic." In The Legal 500 UK, David is referred to as “Europe’s leading lawyer in the CLO field, with outstanding knowledge and experience.” David’s recent significant engagements include: Credit Suisse in connection with the first European CLO 2.0 transaction Representing arrangers and CLO managers on European CLO 2.0 transactions. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his J.D. from New York University School of Law. David is admitted to practice in England and Wales and the State of New York.
