Mark Streeter, Managing Director, is the senior publishing (sell-side) analyst in North America Credit Research at J.P. Morgan responsible for credit coverage of the transportation (airline, aircraft, aircraft leasing, rail, and freight) and real estate investment trust (REIT) industries. Mark specializes in the public aircraft debt markets and shares equity coverage of the public aircraft lessors with Jamie Baker. Mark has advised investors and issuers on capital markets transactions totaling well in excess of $100 billion. Mark, a Chartered Financial Analyst, is 33-time member of the Institutional Investor “All-America Fixed Income Research Team”, most recently in 2014 for High Yield Transportation (#1 ranked), High Grade Transportation (#1), and High Grade REITs (#2). Mark is a recurring conference speaker on the subject of aviation finance. Mark has also testified before Congressional hearings on the subjects of airline credit quality and pension reform. Mark is a non-appraiser board member of the ISTAT (International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading) International Appraisers' Program Board of Governors and a former board member of FIASI (the Fixed Income Analysts Society). Prior to joining heritage Chase in January 1999, Mark held various positions in the fixed income businesses of heritage JPMorgan Securities and Morgan Guaranty Trust. Mark received his Masters in Business Administration from Columbia University and a BS degree magna cum laude from Boston College. Mark has celiac disease and therefore is on a strict gluten free diet. Mark, his wife Joan, and his four children reside in Darien, CT.
