- Frank Wulf, Managing Director and Regional Head of Aviation Europe, Middle East & Africa of DVB Bank SE

Frank Wulf has overall responsibility for business development and client relationship management for DVB Group’s aviation business in the EMEA region, a position he holds since August 2006. Prior to that, Frank was in charge of the bank’s Asia/Pacific Aviation operations and co-headed DVB’s Singapore office for six years. In this context, he was also responsible for planning, organizing and executing the successful transfer of DVB’s Asia/Pacific aviation activities from its head office in Frankfurt to DVB Group Merchant Bank (Asia) Ltd in October 2000.

- Silke Tipper, Senior Vice President and the Deputy Regional Head, DVB Bank SE

Silke Tipper is a Senior Vice President and the Deputy Regional Head within DVB’s London Aviation Structured Finance business unit, which is responsible for the bank’s general marketing and structured lending activities in Europe, Middle East and Africa. With 17 years of aviation finance experience, spanning various cycles of the aviation industry, Silke has developed a deep understanding of airlines’, lessors’ and the financing community’s aircraft financing requirements,
transaction & asset risk, as well as structuring and negotiation strategies.

- Adrian Beasley, Partner, White & Case

Adrian is a banking and asset finance Partner in the London Office of White & Case, specialising in international asset
finance and equipment leasing transactions, with a particular emphasis on the aviation industry. Adrian’s transaction experience includes leveraged operating lease financings, tax-based leasing structures, secured debt financings, export credit financings, securitizations, sale and leaseback transactions and operating leases.Adrian has represented banks, lessors and operators, and has recently acted for CIT Group, Euler Hermes, Jackson Square Aviation and Thomas Cook Group, amongst others.

Justin Benson is a Partner in our London office and Head of Asset Finance for EMEA. Justin Benson is a leading asset finance lawyer with particular experience in advising the aviation industry. He has a broad background in international bank finance and has advised major financial institutions on the full range of international lending transactions.

Gordon Welsh, UK Export Finance

Gordon Welsh is currently Head of Aerospace Finance at UK Export Finance for the Aviation Sector. Gordon has previously worked in Banking and Industry and held other roles in Government.

- Shane Matthews, SMBC Aviation Capital

Shane Matthews joined SMBC Aviation Capital in 2005 as a credit risk analyst covering counterparties in Asia Pacific. He assumed the role of Head of Credit Risk in July 2007 and now heads a team of six analysts. Prior to joining SMBC, Shane spent 10 years as an equity analyst covering airlines. He spent five years with NCB Stockbrokers in Dublin covering European airlines and five years with HSBC Securities in Singapore. His first job was as an analyst with AIB Investment Managers.

- Dick Forsberg, Avolon

Dick Forsberg has 40 years aviation industry experience working in a variety of roles with airlines, operating lessors, arrangers and capital providers in the areas of business strategy, industry analysis and forecasting, asset valuation, portfolio risk management and airline credit assessment. His most recent role has been Head of Strategy at RBS Aviation Capital, where responsibilities included defining the trading cycle of the business, creating and maintaining an asset valuation capability, setting portfolio risk management criteria and determining capital allocation targets. Prior to RBS Dick worked with IAMG, GECAS and GPA following a 20-year career in the UK airline industry.

- Philip Leslie Seymour, IBA Group Limited

Philip Seymour is President and Chief Operating Officer at IBA Group Limited and Senior Certified Appraiser at ISTAT, Chairman Elect, ISTAT International Appraisers’ Board of Governors 2012-2015. Experienced Engineer with 35 years' experience having worked within the Airline, Aircraft Maintenance, Aircraft and Engine Leasing and Consultancy businesses. Expertise includes start-up airline and leasing business operations, airline management at Board level, project management, aircraft and engine purchase and lease transactions.

- Bobby Janagan, Rolls-Royce

Bobby Janagan is Vice President and General Manager of Rolls-Royce and Partners Finance Ltd (“RRPF”), a Rolls-Royce plc - GATX Corporation joint venture company. Bobby Janagan joined RRPF in 1998 as a Management Accountant. In the following year, Bobby became Product Development Manager for the Engine Leasing business where he played a key role in diversifying into leasing of industrial gas turbines. In January 2004, Bobby was promoted to Marketing Director for Asia and Far East and since November 2009 he has been Vice President and General Manager of RRPF.

- Bill Cumberlidge, KV Aviation

Bill Cumberlidge joined KV Aviation in August, 2009 as Executive Director. Prior to that, he was the Head of Aviation Asset Management at Allco Finance Group. Prior to joining the Group he was the Managing Director of Pembroke Capital Leasing, a joint venture company owned by Rolls Royce Capital and GATX Leasing.

- Vicky Hartley, Boeing Capital Corporation

Vicky Hartley is senior director of the European aircraft financing team for Boeing Capital Corporation (BCC), a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company. Hartley has served in the assignment since joining Boeing Capital in October of 2013. She is the financing and leasing units’ first locally hired head of its London office. Hartley most recently had her own U.K. finance consultancy where clients included airlines, export credit agencies and several major banks operating in aircraft finance. Previously Hartley spent more than 15 years working in the aviation sector in the London offices of WestLB and Berliner Bank.

- Alexandra Antonin, Airbus

Alexandra is responsible for a portfolio customers operating in Europe, Asia and in the Pacific Rim. Her main responsibilities are to assist both airlines and lessors with their financing requirements including lease solutions, Commercial Financing, ECA financing and PDP financing.

- Simon Finn, DVB Bank SE

Simon Finn is a Senior Vice President within DVB’s Aviation Research business unit, which is responsible for the bank’s aviation asset and market analysis activities. With experience of the aviation market from the perspective of an airline, a consulting company, a manufacturer and now a bank, he has developed a well-rounded view of the aviation industry which is expressed from time to time in the form of published articles and/or speaking engagements such as this one.

- Tony McCarthy, Willis Aerospace

Tony has in excess of 25 years in the Aviation Industry. He was insurance and risk manager for Laker Airways until its demise in 1982 when he joined the Aviation Underwriting team at Commercial Union. This was followed by a several years as a deputy aviation underwriter at Lloyds dealing primarily with general aviation and aircraft products. In 1993 Tony joined Willis Limited the largest private risk management and insurance intermediary operating on a global basis in their Aviation Contracts and Leasing Team, which he now heads up.
