Brazilian. Raised in Goiás state, during the 70's and 80's soybean boom. He used to co-run the family's dairy and crop farm from 1990 to 1999. Joined Sebrae (Brazilian small and median companies management service) in 1999, as quality consultant. In 2000, founded Atman, as a procurement office, working to a few growers, mainly in southwest Goiás region. By 2006, transformed Atman in the first barter market boutique. Between 2006 and 2012, leaded Atman's operations, mainly in Goiás and border areas. In 2010, co-founded Atman Production, which is in charge of grain production, in Northeast Mato Grosso region. As part of Atman's selling deal, worked with CHS from August 2012 until last May. After that, has been sharing time between his grain production business and as inputs market consultant, focusing in three specific areas: credit, marketing and business strategy. Main school limestones: Veterinary graduation in 1993; Rural management specialist at Lavras - MG, in 1999; MBA at Fundação Dom Cabral - MG, in 2007 and PGA at Insead, France, in 2008.
