Henry Fahman has more than 30 years of combined experience in general management, corporate strategy, financial services, mergers and acquisitions, energy, and natural resources. He currently serves as Chairman and CEO of PHI Group, a U.S. publicly traded company focused on energy and natural resources (trading symbol: PHIL); Website: PHI Group caters to the needs of both conventional energy and renewables. The Company has an ongoing program to accumulate a portfolio of coal assets in Indonesia, develops independent power plant projects, and currently builds a 200,000 MT wood pellet plant in Live Oak, Florida, U.S.A. In addition, PHI Group invests in mining and natural resources and holds equity stakes in Vanguard Mining Corporation (trading symbol:VNMC), Asia Green Corp. (trading symbol: AGMC), and others. The Company also cooperates with Oceanoco, Inc., a U.S. company, to commercialize POPDICE, a carbon dioxide capture technology that removes over 99% of post-combustion carbon dioxide (CO2) from fossil fuel power plants. Henry holds a Bachelor of Science, Magna Cum Laude, in Business Administration with emphases in Finance and Economic Analysis and Policy, from the University of California at Berkeley and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School (AMP166). He has also attended other Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford University, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategies, and advanced general management. Henry concurrently serves a Chairman of PHI Capital Holdings, a fully owned subsidiary of PHI Group, Inc. that provides mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance services to various industries. Previously, Henry was a Resettlement Coordinator for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Indonesia.
