Carlos Cesarman

Chief Financial Officer

Carlos Césarman has experience in different fields of activity; playing a role in planning, financing for the growth in the company. He has been involved in restructure, refinancing and entrepreneurial (star-ups). The main focus of his work is in creating value in the companies he has worked for. In 1982 he joined Banca Serfin; working in the Corporative and International Banking department. His role was to help in the redesign of the area. In 1985 he was assigned to run and develop one of the first Trading companies in Mexico. In 1989 he joined Casa de Bolsa Mexico where he worked on the creation of the international department; the main role was to establish a clientele of investors from the US market. In 1990 he joined Grupo Vigil (a steel group who owns ICH, SIMEC and Manufacturera de Tubos) as CFO. His responsibilities for this company where the consolidation of the group under single image in the market; being responsible for the IPO of ICH and the financing of the groups growth. In 1997 he created INOVAMED the first Integrated Delivery System (health sector) in Mexico. The group acquired Clinica Londres a Hospital in Mexico City. He sold the company in 2001. In 2002 he joined PINFRA was an active part of the restructuring of the company. In 2005 the company returned to the Mexican Stock exchange as PINFRA a promoter and developer of infrastructure projects. He is CFO of this company at this date. In 2009 he was designated as Member of the Committee of the List of Issuers' Values Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, S.A.B. de C.V. He has had experience as an author where he has published 3 books of different subjects. At his time he is a Professor of Financial Systems in Universidad Iberoamericana.
