Based in New York, Lillian is a specialist in export and trade finance having spent 25 years in various managerial and structuring roles at major financial institutions. Lillian is currently an advisor on these topics. Lillian’s experience has spanned a wide range of industries, particularly oil & gas, power, transportation, satellites and infrastructure, with an expertise on developing markets, particularly Latin America. Most recently, Lillian was the Global Head of Structured Export Finance & Americas Head at JP Morgan where she was responsible for driving the growth of the bank’s structured trade product offerings in export, aviation, multilateral and receivable finance. Prior to joining JPM, Lillian headed the export finance business at BNP Paribas for the US and Canada. She also spent ten years at Citigroup, both as a senior originator in the Project & Structured Trade Finance group and as head of a credit insurance underwriting business at Citibank. She also previously worked for both the US Ex-Im Bank and Chemical Bank as a loan officer. Lillian has participated in industry boards and committees, including: PEFCO’s advisory board, the BAFT-IFSA Structured Trade Finance committee and the Coalition for Employment through Exports. Lillian holds an MBA in finance and management from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
