Huseyin Arslan, graduated from Middle East Technical University (M.E.T.U.) in 1992 with a “High Honor” degree, has been the Chairman of YDA Group since 1993. Also, he is a member of board in Turkish Contractors' Association, and has attended numerous national and international conferences on real estate and public private partnership (PPP) projects.
