Fabrice Henry is Chief Executive Officer of Astris Finanace, a US-based independent transaction advisory firm focused on infrastructure and energy projects in emerging markets as well as on renewable energy worldwide. The firm is headquartered in Washington DC and has offices in Paris, Mexico, Bogota, Santiago de Chile, Sao Paulo and Singapore. In March 2016, Astris Finance was elected Financial Advisor of the Year for the Americas by an IJ Global-sponsored panel of industry experts. With over 20 years of infrastructure development and finance experience, Fabrice has worked in a variety of roles, including financial advisor, M&A advisor, bond arranger and principal investor. He specializes in the development, structuring and financing of infrastructure concessions – working with project developers to define the project’s scope and fundamental economics, optimize its risk allocation, negotiate the contractual framework, and raise the necessary capital in the form of debt and equity. Over the past 20 years, Fabrice has advised on more than 50 infrastructure and energy projects totaling over USD 20 billion in investment, in virtually every infrastructure market globally. Most recently, Fabrice headed the Astris team responsible for advising a sponsor group led by ACS of Spain in connection with the USD 5.5 bn Lima Metro Line 2 PPP project in Peru. Fabrice has held executive positions at the French Ministry of Infrastructure, the Inter-American Development Bank, the Dexia group, and Astris Finance. Fabrice graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées, both in Paris, France.
