I have joined to Iran Aseman Airlines in 1986 as a B1 Mechanic after finishing of 2 years A&P course in Civil Aviation school then I did continue my education by getting the BS in aviation Engineering from Aviation Technology faculty in Tehran. During those period I could gain my job position from Shift Supervisor to Fleet Supervisor ,then I nominated as General Director of Maintenance in 1996 after 2 years I became General Director of QA and QC . in 1998 I selected as V.P for Maintenance ,engineering and support .I was holding that position for more than 16 years while Iran Aseman could purchase 21 Fokker 100 one Airbus 340 and 6 ATR 72 .during that period we could also reach the first JAR 145 certificate for Iran Aseman Airlines and then EASA 145 . after Iran and 5+1 successful negotiation ,it was found that Iran Aseman needs new structure to utilize new opportunities to work with OEM and main MRO and service providers ,so Iran Aseman Board of member has decided to establish new department to follow and manage all foreign purchasing including aircraft and parts,equipment and etc... so they decided to nominate me as first manger for such new activities.my duty is not limited to purchasing since we are also committed to design Iran Aseman strategy and follow all tasks to reach that .I am also consulting some new airlines and Governmental Organization .
