Ramon Varela joined Morgan & Morgan in 2001 and is currently a Partner. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Varela obtained experience as an associate in the Commercial Law Department of a well-known local firm, reviewing matters related to mergers & acquisitions, project finance, contracts, environmental law and securities. Mr. Varela obtained a B.A. from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. (1995) and a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, Washington, D.C. (1998).
