Oliver Tuckerman joined Cheniere Energy Inc. in mid-2012 and is currently a Director of Corporate Strategy. Within Corporate Strategy, Oliver is responsible for evaluating business development opportunities and capital investment decisions, including acquisitions and divestitures, as well as shaping Cheniere’s long-term strategic objectives. Prior to joining Cheniere’s Corporate Strategy group in 2015, Oliver worked in a financial capacity for Cheniere’s Chief Financial Officer on the execution of over $25 billion in debt and equity financing transactions to fund the development of the Sabine Pass and Corpus Christi liquefaction facilities. Prior to Cheniere, Oliver worked in the New York office of BayernLB, a German commercial bank, within both the Project Finance (2 years) and Loan Workout & Restructuring (2 years) groups. Oliver began his career in 2003 with The Transportation Group, a boutique investment bank providing financial advisory services to airlines, railways and shipping companies, as an Analyst in the London office and later as an Associate in the New York office. Oliver received a B.A. in Economics from Kenyon College and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. Oliver is a CFA charterholder.
