William Kloehn is the CEO of JCRA Financial LLC and is responsible for expanding JCRA’s business in North America. Prior to joining JCRA in 2008, William was Managing Director at Citigroup, where he was responsible for the origination and structuring of derivatives in both the United States and Europe. He has over 17 years’ experience in structuring and executing derivatives and debt raising transactions in structured finance and asset-backed arenas.
