Quynh is an Executive Director in Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation's (SMBC) Public and Infrastructure Finance Group. 

Quynh has over fifteen years of project finance experience in the infrastructure sector, having played lead roles in the financing of various asset classes, including transportation, telecommunications, social infrastructure, sports, and power.  Quynh’s focus is managing client relationships and serving the financing needs of sponsors doing business in Canada and the United States. Quynh was the lead SMBC banker for the winning proponents on Lions Gate Water Treatment Plant, Central 70, Etobicoke Hospital, Saint John Water and Alberta Schools I/II, among others.  Quynh was also responsible for the closing of SMBC's purchase of the Canadian infrastructure portfolio of a European bank.

Prior to SMBC, Quynh was an investment banking associate at Robertson Stephens where she specialized in the retail and “e-tail” sectors.  Transactions in these sectors included M&A financial advisory, IPOs and equity private placements.

Quynh earned a BA from Columbia University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.  Quynh also holds Series 79 (Investment Banking Representative), Series 63 (State Securities) and Series 52 (Municipal Securities Representative) licenses.
