Kofi Asumadu Addo is a Chartered Accountant. He works with African Export - Import Bank (Afreximbank), a multilateral financial institution with headquarters in Cairo, Egypt. He manages the Bank’s relationship with global Export Credit Agencies (ECAs), Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) and Multilaterals by leveraging development finance to support trade and economic development programmes of the Bank across Africa. Prior to joining Afreximbank, he was the Senior Manager in charge of Finance at the Ghana Commercial Bank. He was an adjunct Lecturer at the University of Ghana and the University of Education, Winneba, and also served as a moderator for the National Board for Professional and Technician Examination (NABPTEX) in accountancy and finance related subjects for Polytechnic Higher National Diploma (HND) examinations in Ghana. He serve on the board of Ultimate Development Finance Ltd, a company involved in investments and advisory services in Ghana. He is a graduate from University of Sorbonne, Paris-France and University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He is currently a doctoral candidate at the Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK.
