My international business career spans 20 years covering roles in sales and business development, consulting and management. Specializing in positioning and market strategy; my role is to help international Wind and Solar Energy firms achieve their goals related to development of new business and new markets, and strategic relationships in Asia-Pacific. Actively involved in these markets: India, Japan, South Korea, Mongolia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Myanmar, and Maldives.

In my present role at NRG Systems, Inc., as a Senior Territory Sales Manager APAC region, I’m currently working for U.S.-based NRG Systems. I work with customers across Asia Pacific on Wind & Solar Resource Assessment solutions. I'm responsible for all aspects of leading, developing and managing the region. My main responsibility is to grow sales for all product lines by means of direct management of customer relationships, nurturing key accounts, and managing the dealer network. I was hired in May 2012 to grow sales in Asia Pacific. Post the market high of 2009-11 there was a sudden slump in demand. The market was flat-lining and with increasing competition NRG’s share was fast depleting. My focus was to strengthen the Wind and Solar Resource Assessment product line, in addition promote Remote Sensing, Turbine Control Sensors, and Turbine Condition Monitoring systems. 400+ corporate accounts across 20 countries. Winning customers back with strong relationship development and preand post-sales service. Current focus is lender awareness building a compelling case for measuring onsite (preconstruction) solar resource to reduce production risk and to increase bankability of Solar PV projects.
