Yu Kimura joined DBJ in 2000. He has worked in DBJ’s structured finance department and asset finance business for over 7 years. He was engaged in debt arrangement for various PFI (Private Finance Initiative) projects and major commercial real estate deals. In 2012, he joined DBJ Asset Management Co., Ltd where he was in charge of managing real estate funds for institutional investors. He holds a BA (economics) from Keio University and a Master of Science in Management from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
