Patricia leads the Energy and Natural resources group at Goméz-Pinzón and is a member of their Coprorate Mergers and Acquisitions Group. She obtained a law degree from the Universidad del Rosario and a postgraduate diploma in corporate law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá.
 
She has over 28 years’ professional experience in advising local and international investors from a variety of sectors including energy, gas, mining and public services throughout the process of structuring and developing their activities in Colombia.
 
As an expert in the mining and energy sector, she brings an industry-focus approach to every aspect of her legal advisory. Ms. Arrázola has taken part in Columbia’s main energy sector privatization deals and has been the lead legal advisor of the countries most meaningiful new energy-related projects, including the structuring of its first regasification terminal and several others pertaining to renewable energy.
