Elena Tchoubykina is a Counsel in the Banking & Finance team in Moscow. Prior to joining CMS she has been a partner at another major international law firm and has over 15 years of banking and capital markets experience. Elena has advised Russian and foreign financial institutions and Russian borrowers on a wide range of secured and unsecured financing transactions (including structured finance, asset finance, pre-export finance and general lending) as well as restructurings, work-outs and insolvent liquidations. She has also advised on Eurobond issues by Russian issuers (standalone and programmes). Elena is both Russian and English law qualified.
